I recently had the privilege of spending 2 days learning how to make amazing new sugar flowers with Ben the Cake Man at the Spotty Cake Tin. I’m very excited to be able to use these new skills and produce even more detailed and stunning cakes.

It was a very surreal experience getting great feedback from the man who made my own wedding cake 8 years ago before I started out on my own cake making business. I can’t wait to attend the next course that Ben runs!
